Here we organize training programs of technical as well as non-technical nature.
Students are made to regularly take mock tests and appear for mock interviews. This helps them prepare for the real ones and get accustomed to the whole recruitment process.
Guest Lectures are great opportunities for students to listen to industry speakers and become aware of how the professional world operates. Interaction with the speakers helps students to connect with them and expand their horizons at professional levels
Under this program we tie up with different esteemed organizations to deliver some courses or conduct professional training for our students. Our knowledge partners under the LEAP program are Harbinger System, Redon Tech and Veritas.
Psychometric tests and SWOT analysis are efficient ways to understand the Strengths and Work areas of a student.

The Training and Placement Cell organized a Campus Placement Drive on 4th October 2025 , inviting Sardeshpande Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (SIPL) .
Mr. Varad Sardeshpande and Mr. Pranjal Shinde, Sales and Marketing Heads of SIPL, conducted an engaging session highlighting the company’s portfolio, learning and career opportunities, and work ethics for the participating TY BBA and TY BBA-IB students.
A product display and testing session was also arranged, which generated great enthusiasm among students. The interactive discussion forum witnessed insightful questions and perspectives from students, met with eloquent and satisfactory responses from the SIPL representatives.

The Training and Placement Cell organized a Campus Placement Drive for Bajaj Life Insurance Pvt. Ltd. on 15th November 2025 for BBA and BBA-IB students.
The drive began with a comprehensive Pre-Placement Talk, providing insights into the job profile, industry expectations, and career opportunities, helping students understand the roles, required skills, and potential growth pathways.
This was followed by face-to-face interviews conducted by the company panel to offer placement opportunities.
Distinguished representatives — Mr. Dheeraj Dadlani (Senior General Manager), Mr. Vishal Sharma (Regional Head), Mr. Nimish Mahant (Deputy Manager – Campus Management), and Ms. Purva Paritkar (HRBP – Distribution) — were present and interacted with the students, offering valuable guidance throughout the process.
