Their paper title is – Comparative study of web browsers: Evaluating the impact of UI customization on user engagement.

आंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिनानिमित्त म ए सो सिनियर कॉलेज आणि लघु उद्योग भारती यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने 9 मार्च 2024 रोजी उद्योगिनी महिला उद्योग प्रदर्शनाचे महाविद्यालयात आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. या कार्यक्रमाचे उद्घाटन सौ. मोनिका मुरलीधर मोहोळ, माजी नगरसेविका आणि माजी स्थायी समिती सदस्य तसेच आनंदी ताई पाटील, यशस्वी उद्योजिका, म ए सो नियामक मंडळाच्या उपाध्यक्षा यांच्या हस्ते झाले.या कार्यक्रम प्रसंगी बोलताना सौ. मोनिकाताई मुरलीधर मोहोळ यांनी उद्योग क्षेत्रातील महिला सशक्तिकरण यावर भाष्य व महिलांना उद्योगाबाबत प्रेरित करणे याबाबतचे महत्त्व अधोरेखित केले. तसेच आनंदीताई पाटील यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांनी आपले कलागुण आणि आवड लक्षात घेऊन उद्योग क्षेत्राकडे वळावे व आपले विश्व निर्माण करावे याबाबत मार्गदर्शन केले. महाविद्यालयातील विद्यार्थी विद्यार्थिनींना यशस्वी उद्योजक होण्याकरता प्रेरित करणे हा या कार्यक्रमाचा हेतू होता. या उद्योगिनी महिला उद्योजक प्रदर्शन कार्यक्रमामध्ये महाविद्यालयीन विद्यार्थिनींनी आणि पालकांनी विविध प्रकारच्या उत्पादनांचे, सौंदर्य प्रसाधने, खाद्यपदार्थ, अलंकार, बॅग्स असे स्टॉल्स लावून सहभाग नोंदविला. या कार्यक्रमाला डॉ. राजीव हजरनीस, श्री विजय भालेराव यांनी सदिच्छा भेट देऊन कौतुक केले. याप्रसंगी महाविद्यालयाचे प्राचार्य डॉ. रवींद्र वैद्य, उपप्राचार्या डॉ. पूनम रावत, स्टार्ट अप सेल समन्वयक प्रा. निलेश यादव, विभाग प्रमुख प्रा. राहुल शिंदे, डॉ. सुरेखा वैद्य, प्रा. नेहा कुलकर्णी व सर्व प्राध्यापक वर्ग, शिक्षकेतर, कर्मचारी वर्ग, विद्यार्थी उपस्थित होते. स्टार्टअप इनोवेशन सेल अंतर्गत या कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.

संचालक, प्रज्ञा मानस संशोधिका ज्ञानप्रबोधिनी पुणे उपस्थित होत्या. या मेळाव्या प्रसंगी सौ. अनघा लवळेकर
यांनी महिलांनी आपले स्वतःचे स्थान निर्माण करण्यासाठी सतत प्रयत्नशील असले पाहिजे तसेच मुलां सोबत सुसंवाद ठेवून सुसंस्कार केले पाहिजेत याबाबत संवाद साधला. या कार्यक्रम प्रसंगी अनेक विद्यार्थिनी व महिला पालक उपप्राचार्या पूनम रावत, सर्व महिला प्राध्यापिका उपस्थित होत्या.

“म.ए.सो. सीनियर कॉलेज मध्ये निर्भय कन्या अभियान संपन्न झाले. महिला सक्षमीकरण, मानसिक आरोग्य या विषयी व्याख्यान आयोजित करण्यात आले होते. बाया कर्वे स्त्री अभ्यास आणि संशोधन केंद्र या मध्ये कार्यरत असणाऱ्या सौ. समृद्धी पानसे यांनी यामध्ये महिलांचे सक्षमीकरण या विषयावर सखोल मार्गदर्शन केले. मानशास्त्रीय विकास संबंधी सौ.विशाखा जोगदेव मॅडम यांनी मार्गदर्शन केले.तसेच स्वसंरक्षण प्रशिक्षण घेण्यात आले. त्या मध्ये चैतन्य बोडके सर यांनी विद्यार्थिनींना अनेक प्रकारच्या कौशल्यांचे प्रशिक्षण दिले. तसेच छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज ह्यांच्या काळामध्ये वापरण्यात आलेल्या युद्धनीतीचे मार्गदर्शन व प्रशिक्षण (लाटी-काठी आणि दांड पट्टा) देण्यात आले. या वेळी महाविद्यालयाचे प्राचार्य डॉ. रवींद्र वैद्य सर तसेच उपप्राचार्य डॉ. पूनम रावत मॅडम, सर्व शिक्षक वृंद व विद्यार्थी सहभागी होते. या मध्ये 104 विद्यार्थ्यांनी सहभाग नोंदवला. कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन रुक्मिणी कुलकर्णी हिने केले.”
On 10th October 2023, MES Senior College, Pune conducted an Intelligence Test for the First Year Bachelor of Business Administration (FY BBA) students. The purpose of the testing was to assess the students’ cognitive abilities and provide valuable insights to aid in their academic and personal development.
MES Senior College Visual Arts Club hosted a vibrant Mehendi competition on 17th Feb 2024. It was showcasing the intricate artistry and creativity of our students. Antarang 2023-24 was celebrated from 17th February 2024 to 24th February 2024. Theme day, Bollywood day, Mismatch day & Traditional day was celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm by the students. Antarang was concluded by our annual social gathering on 24th February 2024; which included mesmerizing student performances including classical dance, semi classical dance, hip hop & free style, singing, instrumental performances.
On February 21, 2024, MES Senior College Pune, in association with Savitribai Phule Pune University, Bhartiya Shikshan Mandal, and Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute, organized a one-day workshop on the Indian Knowledge System (IKS). The workshop featured six sessions covering various aspects of IKS:
Dr. Ganti Murthy discussed the concept of IKS, research, and innovation, as well as parampara levels, the four ashramas, and Indian economics framework.
Dr. Mandar Bhanushe explored the relationship between the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and IKS, alongside the origin and branches of the knowledge system and pedagogy.
Dr. Pradeep Apte delved into economic affairs in the Mahabharata, emphasizing the importance of IKS in commerce and management.
Dr. Shashikant Katre focused on IKS in mathematics, covering geometric concepts, Bodhayana Sulbhasutras, Suryasiddhanta, and astronomy.
Dr. Prasad Bhide highlighted IKS in arts and cultural studies, discussing the duality of cognition, Dnyanam Vidnyanam, oral tradition, and textual tradition.

Through this event, Money Minders provided a platform for students to engage in insightful discussions and gain valuable insights into the economic landscape, contributing to their financial education and awareness.
MES Senior College in Pune, in collaboration with the de Asra Foundation, orchestrated a comprehensive Three-Day Faculty Development Programme on Entrepreneurship Mindset Development from January 23 to 25, 2024. The event commenced with Day 1, featuring sessions led by experts such as Dr. Rajiv Hajirnis on the concept and stages of entrepreneurship, Mr. Abhay Kardeguddi discussing sales matters, and Shri Sopan Aghav conducting an interactive session for inspiration. Day 2 delved into crucial aspects, including managing personal finance by Shri. Uday Tickoo, idea generation by Dr. Rajiv Hajirnis and Ms. Aishwarya Kulkarni, problem-solving techniques by Shri. Dhruv Paknikar, and E-Cell setup by Ms. Sharayu Bhakare and Ms. Vijayalaxmi Kulkarni. Prof Nilesh Yadav, the Coordinator of Startup, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship cell, played a pivotal role in FDP event arrangements, supported by in-house faculty Prof Ankita Deshpande and Prof Vishwanath Taware. The program concluded on Day 3 with sessions on purposeful innovation, understanding government schemes, business planning, and managing business finance, culminating in a wrap-up activity by Dr. Anand Godse. Prof Nilesh Yadav, the Coordinator of Startup, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship cell, played a pivotal role in FDP event arrangements, supported by in-house faculty Prof Ankita Deshpande and Prof Vishwanath Taware. The Certificate Distribution Ceremony, led by Dr. Rajiv Hajirnis and College Principal Dr. Ravindra Vaidya.

MES Senior College and MKSSS’s BAYA KARVE WOMEN’S STUDY AND RESEARCH CENTRE in Pune have signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). On January 16, 2024, TYBBA and TYBBA-IB students from MES Senior College visited Shree Warana Sahakari Dudh Utpadack Prakriva Sangh Ltd in Kolhapur. The dairy processing plant showcased the fascinating journey of milk from farm to table. Students gained insights into the dairy industry, witnessing the processing and packaging of dairy products. On Khel Urjja Day 2 at MES Senior College, the Interclass Carrom Tournament showcased impressive performances with 43 men and 10 women participants. The winners include Anuj Deshpande, Yash Sharma, and Rohit Gijare in men’s singles, and Dnyaneshwari Bankar, Radhika Jadhav, and Harshada Jadhav in women’s singles. Notable victories in doubles were secured by teams SYBBA, TYBBA-IB, and TYBBA-CA.
